What happened
While performing final paint the employee instructed another employee to open the quick hitch locks. In the process of opening the locks the movement control lever was hit and the track loader lunged forward and pinned the employees ' left foot under the tracks. When he tried to pull his foot out from the tracks he injured his knee.
