What happened
Associate was moving a piece of steel (part number: 970317758) from the rack to add to a full pallet of steel to consolidate the pallets. In doing so the associate dropped the steel onto 2 of his fingers with his left middle finger absorbing most of the blow. He felt a sharp pain and looked down at his finger seeing that he had smashed it.
