What happened
The employee was operating a roll off truck. The employee had loaded a full roll off container onto his roll off truck. Then the employee used a tank strap bar to tighten down the tank straps to secure the roll off container to the roll off truck. The employee states that during the process of tightening down the tank strap that he felt a sharp pain in his lower back. The employee stated he initially didn 't think much of this until a little while later when arrived at the Montgomery [REDACTED] Landfill. At this time the employee stated as he got out of his roll off truck that he felt the same sharp pain in his lower back and at that time he reported the injury and sought medical treatment.
