Before the incident
Attempting to remove the pull pin of the front bumper of the front load truck so that he could attach a cable from a bulldozer. so that he could then be pulled out of the mud from which he was stuck.
What happened
The employee was operating a front load truck. The employee had gotten stuck at the MCLF. In order to be pulled out by the Bulldozer he reached behind the front bumper to access the pin. As he did a metal burr on the bumper stuck the employee in his left forearm.
