What happened
The employee was at the [REDACTED] to drop and empty trailer and then pull a loaded trailer to the [REDACTED]. The employee was pulling on the rope to pull the tarp across the top of the loaded trailer. The tarp had gotten hung up on debris in the trailer. As the employee was pulling on the rope the D ring attaching the rope to the tarp broke. The D ring then struck the employee in his right side. The employee states he began to feel pain in his right side and felt a little nauseous.
