EE assessed machine to be moved. EE was waiting for Stanley Tool 's team to unhook their machine so that the EE could move the machine once completed.

While [REDACTED] 's team was unhooking the machine a fire suppression tank released pressure into atmosphere causing the thank to fly around the room until empty hitting the EE.

The suppression tank hit multiple objects eventually hitting the EE in the left hand wrist thumb.
