Before the incident
The EE was assigned to wash utensils in the Washroom. This person was washing the Washroom area a task in which the pallets that the utensils are placed on are lifted when they are washed this cleaning is done at the end of the workday in the aforementioned area When he was cleaning he climbed on top of the pallets approximately 10 inches high below the floor was wet and with flour residue when he got off the pallet he slipped and fell to the floor and 1 inch away from the pallets he was cleaning where he was hit (left right hands and back).
