What happened
While placing green beans onto the cart a second inventory control employee turned to set a box of carrots onto the same cart [REDACTED] was also using. Believing she could quickly adjust [REDACTED] twisted to the left to move the bin of green beans aside making room for her coworker. In doing so she felt a sharp pain in her back.
