What happened
[REDACTED] was working in the Aerospace Fabrication department and was lifting three large parts while carrying them to the wrapping station. She was bending over the workbench for quite a while and tried to straighten back up to a full standing position. She then tied to lift parts over her head to carry them. When straighten her back she experienced pain in her lower back. [REDACTED] took four Advil right away. In the evening [REDACTED] went to Med Express Beaver Falls PA for treatment. X-rays did not show any breaks or disk slip. She was diagnosed with [REDACTED] [REDACTED] low back pain. Treating provider is [REDACTED] PA PA-C. [REDACTED] was sent home with Lidoderm 5% topical patch and told to rest. Restrictions include no bending kneeling pulling pushing reaching or operating heavy machinery.
