The swelling continued to worsen. [REDACTED] went to the ER to have it evaluated after no improvement for days. He was seen by [REDACTED]. on [REDACTED] at [REDACTED]. No work was missed outside of the ER appointment. No metal was found in his finger. [REDACTED] was said to have Acute Paronychia of Finger. His finger was cleaned and drained.
