What happened
Employee was working with a pliers to pull the plastic strip out of the screen and it wouldn 't come out. Finally the plastic strip released and the force the employee was using caused the employee 's finger to slip and strike a metal piece of the screen scratching his left middle finger knuckle. Scratch became infected after a couple of days.
