At [REDACTED] [REDACTED] the lift that EE was driving lost a tire. According to witnesses EE was making a slight turn when they saw his PIT tilt downward and saw the tire rolling from the lift. EE said he felt some pain in his back and wanted to go to the hospital. He said he has a bad back and a pre-existing condition. He described a treatment that used to be done on his back in the past. He wanted to go to a local hospital.
