Removing empty bottle from airveyor jam
What happened
While removing an empty bottle jam from the airveyor neck guides at the silo shuttlegate transfer the operator pulled on the bottle quickly and it came loose and the downward poistion caused the employee to strike their hand against he metal housing. The EE sustained a right index finger laceration. Employee was not wearing cut resistant gloves. a GSTD has been launched.
