What happened

On [REDACTED] athlete was completing overstock in IC. They were retrieving a box from a stack of product. As they were pulling it out another box started to fall. The athlete tried to catch the falling box and when they reached up to catch it the felt a pain in their shoulder. The athlete thought the pain was minor and tried to continue working through it. After an hour the athlete cannot their arm up due to the pain. The athlete retrieved a lead who reported the injury to safety. Safety had the athlete take a 15 min break to ice the arm. The athlete stated that their pain level was at a 5 out of 10. With 10 being the most painful. They will ice the arm for the rest of their breaks [REDACTED]. They will also stay in IC and only perform tasks that don 't require them to lift their arm. At [REDACTED] the athlete spoke to safety again and stated that the injury is now throbbing and may go home. Safety offered to send them to Concentras or Telemed but the athlete refused both.
