What happened
Assisted patient spouse to transfer patient from wheelchair to toilet. Patient 's spouse received a phone call and let go of patient to answer cell phone. I had to reach over wheelchair to assist patient and move wheelchair out of way. Patient was difficult to transfer to toilet due to patient fear and rigidity. Felt spasm in lower back at the time. Have had spasms and aching lower back since incident
