The Athlete states mthat her right shoulder is hurting due to excessive overhead reaching and handling the scanner constantly. Athlete didn 't want to go to Concentra at that time. [REDACTED] [REDACTED] Safety along with HR rep connected with the Athlete and she decided to go to Concentra. Athlete was diagnosed with a strain and given an RX and restrictions making this an OSHA recordable event.
