What happened
On [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] an Athlete who was in training burned her hand on the heat press. The Athlete showed her trainer then went to HR. Human Recourses put some burn cream on it but Safety was never told. [REDACTED] on [REDACTED] the Athlete was brought to me by another HR Athlete to look at her hand. The Athlete stated that it still hurts so we decided that she needed to be seen by a doctor. Her burn looked very inflamed and she had several blisters that looked infected. At [REDACTED] Concentra paperwork was filled out and the Athlete left the building.
