Using foot bath while entering inside facility.

Employee finished taking trash out to the dumpster and while returning inside facility stepped to spray feet in foot bath. While doing so employee placed his hand in the door frame to maintain balance. The door closed and smashed his right pointer finger causing a small fracture to the fingertip.
