Employee was tightneing the lid of a filer pot with a pipe wrench.

Employee was tightneing the lid of a filer pot with a pipe wrench. As he was doing this the wrench slipped and he tripped over the pipe coming out of the filter pot causing him to fall to the ground. When he hit the ground he stated he felt some pain in his neck. Employee did not wish to see a doctor at the time but later decided his pain was too much and went to the ER.
