What happened
IE was preparing to blow a load of saltwater into a SWD tank. As IE tried to do so the fluid would not offload. IE went to inspect the issue with the hose and the hose blew off striking IE in the face and body and knocking them down. IE struck their left elbow on the ground aggravating a pre-existing injury to that elbow. IE was given restrictions and physical therapy. Deep contusion of elbow.
