What happened
Large patient transport elevator didn 't full align with the floor after stopping and the door opening. I didn 't notice the elevator was below the floor and my foot got stuck and lunged me forward. I went to the ED to get evaluated per my director 's request and luckily is not broken but swollen and the nail bed is damaged.
