Preventing the patient from getting out of bed

Patient was persistently attempting to get out of bed. He was sitting at bedside and employee was trying to barricade to prevent him from getting up since patient had already fallen just about 2 hours prior to the incident. And that is when he bit the employee on the left upper chest. He sustained redness that right away turned into a bruise and it turn to what looks like an abrasion.
