Came to the patient 's room to draw morning labs.

I was in a patient 's room trying to turn on the light on the wall. I was trying to reach over the patient 's family member who had the chair reclined out to pull the cord for the light. When I leaned forward I bumped into the chair tripped and tried to catch myself on the wall in front of me. My hand grabbed the bed rail to my right and my left hand landed on the wall. I also tried to plant my left foot in front but ended up twisted to the right and hurt my lower back in the process.
