At approximately [REDACTED] an EE was connecting a retractable barrier near the dryers between the [REDACTED] office and Torch breakroom While pulling the barrier the EE backed into a pallet on the ground holding metal racking which caused them to trip and fall The EE immediately reported the incident to EHS First aid was given and an appointment with [REDACTED] is scheduled for the morning of [REDACTED] The pallet of racking has been removed from the area Rotator cuff repair surgery scheduled for [REDACTED]
