Employee was walking on the back side of the unload area and 420 hook cart area Employee stated they caught their boot on the kick plate that is there for stopping the cart we have boards on Employee said they grabbed the handle of the on that cart so they would not fall and when they did that they said it pushed their right shoulder backwards Employee said they were okay but it was sore to bring their arm outwards Employee was able to return to work
