Before the incident
While picking up a closure a vertical panel base hit the side of the truck while picking up and when I went to catch it I hurt my shoulder. The injury was brought up after the results of a previous drug test were given to the RSE. The driver was told not to drive several times but took the truck anyway we sent 2 RSE s to recover the vehicle and they found it with a flat tire. Pictures of the truck are below damage to the door and front end were from a previous NOI that wasn t fixed yet
