Moving a pan cart

Employee was moving a cart of pans adjacent to the pan oiler behind molder #1. She slipped on some leaked oil and struck her leg under the oil machine. Her right calf caught on the pan oiler causing a laceration to her right calf. Eye witness to the event indicates the injured employee used her foot to push off from the oiler and that is when she slipped and her leg was injured. Edit: In person interview with employee (6-7-24). I asked employee to tell me what happened. She explained she was staging pans for Giant to begin after a pan change. She acknowledged pulling the cart of pans down into position but pulled up too close. She put her foot down to the floor trying to gain leverage to turn the cart around and unknowingly picked up some pan oil from the floor underneath and when she attempted to take a step she slipped and her foot kicked up and she braced against the oiler and immediately kicked away from it as a reaction.
