What happened
Employee was setting up his doosan [REDACTED] and needed to touch off tool on the sub spindle. To perform the touch off the operator had to reach over the machine 's lower turret. The lower turret has 12 positions filled with cutting tools after touching the tool off the operator pulled his arm back to close to a jig mill causing a laceration to his left forearm
