Associate stated that he was preparing to bolt down a section of stadium bulkhead on [REDACTED] he had the drill in his right hand placed his left hand down on the form and felt pain his left shoulder. This was not reported until he came back to work on [REDACTED] after completion of moving some stadium stem liner with the help of another associate. He then was moving to the next part of bed setup and felt the pain return. In either incident nothing was reported or seen.
