What happened
ILA employee [REDACTED] was on [REDACTED] (bus lot #12) porting with a passenger around [REDACTED]-[REDACTED]. While offloading the passenger luggage the luggage cart moved and struck [REDACTED] on the forehead. [REDACTED] has a cut on his head about one inch long and started bleeding. He did not realize he was bleeding immediately finished offloading luggage. He then reported the incident cleaned up the blood and was issued ice packs for his head. He did not want an ambulance.
