What happened
A metal frame side to the x-ray luggage roller came off as luggage was exiting the x-ray machine. Longshoremen continued to work without stopping. One luggage caused the metal frame to peel back. There was a piece of luggage under the metal frame that held open the metal frame. Longshoreman [REDACTED] was injured when he kicked the luggage and the metal frame snapped back hitting him in the right shin. He had a deep gash on his right shin. First aid was administered for the bleeding and an ambulance was called. He was taken to Mount Sinai West Hospital.
