What happened
Mr. [REDACTED] [REDACTED]# 83620 was injured while trying to remove a bungee cord that was used to hold a forklift door open. Forklift #26 had a bungee cord on the door to hold the door open. As Mr. [REDACTED] was trying to remove the bungee cord one end snapped back at his face hitting him on the right side of his face near his right eye. Mr. [REDACTED] received a cut above his right eye and was in pain. He also stated that he couldn 't see from his right eye. An ambulance was called immediately and he was taken to [REDACTED] hospital to the ER. Mr. [REDACTED] was released from the ER and was told to have a follow up the next day.
