What happened
Event occurred at WMH MSU Unit. Witnessed by another employee. Previous questions not allowing me to choose WMH. Placed a clean needle on previously used insulin pen Humalog. Primed the needle and drawn up 4 units insulin. Went to recap the needle and stuck myself in the palm of my hand. Insulin pen now reading 0 units.
