I WAS CLEANING UP THE DIRTY INSTRUMENTS WHEN THE CIRCULATOR [REDACTED] SAW A PIECE OF BONE IN THE BASIN THAT I WAS SUCKING SALINE OUT OF THE BONE WASN 'T ON AN INSTRUMENT WHENI WENT TO MOVE IT THE BASIN MOVED AND THE ROBIN RETRACTOR SHIFTED AND CAUGHT MY RIGHT INDEX FINGER ON THE TIP OF MY GLOVED HAND AND SCRATCHED MY FINGER. I DROPPED CHECKED FOR ANY DAMAGE WHEN I NOTICED A LITTLE BLOOD AND SCRATCH. I THEN DROPPED AND WASHED MY HANDS WITH SOAP AND WATER. CIRCULATOR ALERTED CHARGE [REDACTED] AND WE STARTED BLOOD BOURNE PROTOCOL.
