EE came to his manager [REDACTED] and stated that EE had soreness in their left shoulder EE then stated that there was already a claim from his last company on a torn rotator cuff on the same shoulder EE came up to talk to HR and EHS when asked about if there was an event that caused the soreness The EE stated that they started to pull an empty pallet of a stack and heard a pop in that shoulder [REDACTED] it started to burn EE attempted to go out to Concentra Concentra refused to see them and referred them to go back to the BWC doctor they started with on the original claim
