EE approached coordinating group manager at start of shift [REDACTED] on [REDACTED] and informed them that EEs hands have been hurting for months EE believes the pain is directly correlated with placing weather strip into head jambs by hand continuously each day EE claimed they told the Fit For Work representative about the pain and what EE thought was causing the pain in the production process being executed EE claimed Fit For Work representative made suggestions on a few different occasions when the issue was brought to their attention Stretches were recommended taking breaks from the process was recommended Then final interaction with Fit For Work the representative suggested informing their direct lead and or manager of the issue EE informed the Interior Stock group manager of the concern on [REDACTED] [REDACTED] as well Interior Stock group manager told EE they would inform upper leadership about the concern
