Before the incident
EE stated she was gathering tape measures at the end of the shift and as she approached the end of the [REDACTED] her foot got caught up on the rope strapping from a skid on the floor causing her to trip The EE did not think she was injured and did not report the incident When she got up on the morning she stated her left arm hurt so she went to urgent care where she was diagnosed with a fractured left elbow The EE the came to work and notified HR and EHS of the incident Update: Investigation indicates the injury was on [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] and not reported until [REDACTED] [REDACTED]
