EE stated she was working on a window to place into the water test chamber for testing when the window fell off the mobile glass vacuum hoist from a height of approximately 12 feet striking both the hoist and her EE states she was down on one knee swapping out the 2x4 from under the window for the wood pieces required for testing with the window suspended on the hoist when the incident occurred Another EE noticed and helped her then notified the EEs Group Manger EE was brought to the training room for first and documentation EE reported soreness on the left side of her body with a bruise on her left shoulder EE refused treatment at the time of the incident signing a refusal form but later that day agreed to see Fit for Work [REDACTED] Update: EE sought treatment at an ER for discomfort the [REDACTED] of the following day [REDACTED]: Released to modified duty
