Before the incident
Just prior to [REDACTED] EE began adding caulk to a window preparing it for glass EE decided to pick up the glass manually without using the Binar glass manipulator that was inspected and available while deviating from standard work procedures Weight of glass IGU is 62 Lb EE turned the glass from one end to another side and then bent down to pick it up EE shifted the glass IGU onto their hip and walked holding the IGU on their hip to the window sitting on the [REDACTED] about 10 steps The EE then lifted one foot and rested it on the [REDACTED] platform taking the IGU and resting it on his upper leg thigh again deviating from standard work instructions Employee then lifted the IGU off their leg and placed it onto the blocks of the upper window to be glazed At this point EE paused and appeared to be hurting EE pushed the IGU into the frame and turned and sat down
