EE stepped up to a window where someone had installed a pocket cover a vinyl piece that covers the inside part of the window The EE began hitting the pocket cover with a hammer to peck it in place The EE stopped hitting it with the hammer and began squeezing it into place with employees hands EE was reaching out of position as far out as possible to try to push this part in place The EE stated they felt their thumb bend back and give way EE was asked if it was dislocated and EE stated no In discussing with the group manager on duty calling Medcor the EE stated right away that they wanted to go see a doctor EE was sent to local Urgent Care
