What happened
In the patient 's house transition to front room one step walking from front room and did not lift foot to step up. Fell face first. 2-3 step. Happened so fast knew not to put arms out but trying to prevent going facefirst in to door. Struck head on wooden door but not hard. Also hit right knee on ground. No loss of consciousness. Patient 's caregiver called an ambulance.
