Before the incident
I was checking vital signs and cutting the drape for her wound care.
What happened
Patient has to be pulled to the edge of the bed due to her being paraplegic and then she has to be turned to the right side to have her wound care done. So when I turned her I started to have pain to my left shoulder. Afterwards I had a lot of trouble raising my arm up and it is very painful to try to reach things above the level of my neck. I have trouble holding weight on it.
