EE Called me on the radio at [REDACTED] to report pain in EE left leg and foot I asked EE if they had fallen stepped on something or misstepped EE said they didnt know how it happened EE felt some pain when EE returned from lunch As the night progressed it intensified especially when EE would put more pressure on his left foot that sat on the dead man The pain began to move up EE foot into EE leg and knee and EE noticed some swelling and tightness in EE ankle and foot
