TM was pushing butts off the butt puller.
What happened
[REDACTED] started seeing ATC for complaint of left elbow pain that began on [REDACTED] and were reported on [REDACTED]. He says that it started from having to toss a bunch of butts off of the puller for a couple days leading up to 2 23. He also says just the repetition and having to pull the butts over cause pain. He made improvement with ATCs and was resolved on [REDACTED] stating he felt good and didnt need anything. The next day he said he was a little sore again and wanted some care. He will be referred to Physical Therapy for evaluation and plan of care.
