What happened
At [REDACTED] a waterjet operator was adjusting a lite on a frame. The lite was 1 2 x 57” x 107” and 274lbs. In the process of releasing the cups he noticed one cup valved off was still engaged after the release button was pressed. He then raised the lift to “slide” the cup off the glass. The operator pressed his left hand on the glass to tilt it away preventing it from falling forward. With the top of the lite tilted away from operator he did not notice the bottom was no longer over the base of the A frame. When the suction broke free the glass fell onto the operators foot causing a fracture to his right foot.
