What happened
As the driver was driving to his 1st stop he noticed in his side mirror that glass was beginning to fall away from the truck. He pulled over and attempted to resecure the glass to the truck. The driver was not wearing PPE equipment during the resecuring process. The glass 10 pieces 6 broke fell on the driver during the resecuring process injuring his right shoulder
