ON MY WAY TO PERFORM AN ULTRASOUND STUDY ON A MED SURG PATIENT I HAD TO PULL OUT THE ULTRASOUND MACHINE FROM ELEVATOR THE WHEELS GOT STUCK IN THE DOORWAY FLOOR OF THE ELEVATOR. WHEN I PULLED ON IT I STUMBLED BACKWARDS THE WHEEL ROLLED OVER MY FOOT AND I PULLED A MUSCLE IN MY LEFT LEG. I HAVE PAIN IN MY FOOT AND MY LT LEG.
