TM was in Assembly Area across from Stage 2 3 and was welding top feed roll Scraper onto the top feed roll. They rolled that feed roll that was unusually tight and when pushing it into the Scrapers his left fingers hand became crushed between the feed roll protrusions and the scraper. TM backed his hand out of the pinch point by putting his body weight onto the protrusions below with his foot.
