Before the incident
[REDACTED] just finished [REDACTED] [REDACTED] and was walking around the [REDACTED] [REDACTED] to get to the east side of the press to be able to set the [REDACTED] next. When walking south heading to the press control panel he slipped on the floor and fell onto his right knee.
What happened
The walkway between the stored dies and the electrical cabinet of [REDACTED] didn 't show to have much slippery surface to it but there was nothing on the floor to trip on. Colleague had foot slip when walking forward and lost balance after slipping and fell onto his right knee.
