Before the incident
Employee was working on the line 12 palletizer 's strapper. The strapper head became out of sync so the employeetried to re-home the head with the manual hand crank but failed to disengage the quick disconnect air supply line inorder to pull the head back to the safe cranking position. Thus the head was still in cycle position and spun the handcrank while still supplied with air fracturing two fingers on the left hand.
